This includes a pre-arranged meeting time at the client’s accommodation or the Fishery, a discussion on tackle and tactics, subject to the time of year and weather conditions, fly selection, provision of a Fishing Hut and Guide/Boatman for a full day or half-day, and a packed lunch if required.
For the provision of fishing boat, life jacket, Guide/Boatman:

NOTES:
Please ensure that you have adequate clothing – as we all know it never rains in Wales! Bring refreshments if required. We can provide most items of tackle, but strongly advise clients to use their own tackle subject to its suitability for the Lake.
Basic requirements are:
- Rod(s) 9’, 9’6” or 10’ AFTM 5/6/7
- Reels with floating, intermediate and sinking lines
- Suitable footwear for boat or wellingtons
- Leader material from 3lbs to 6lbs
- Loch-style fly patterns in wet flies, also buzzer patterns and dry flies – we can provide many of the flies required
- Sunglasses and hat
